SERVICE & POLICIES
ORDER STATUS:
To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and click Go!.
SHIPPING: We offer shipping with FedEx and USPS. Standard shipping with USPS Priority Mail starts at $6.95, depending on your location. Shipping insurance is included for all purchases. At the moment we do not ship outside the US.
PAYMENT: We accept American Express, VISA and Mastercard. If you prefer not to pay by credit card, we do accept PayPal. PayPal payment must be received within two (2) days of purchase.
DELIVERY: We generally ship within 2 business days (or less) of receiving payment.
GIFT WRAPPING: We treat each order as a gift – for you or somebody else – and package it like a gift. If you would like to include a special gift message, you can do this at checkout.
RETURNS: We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If your item is not as described or as expected, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Item must be returned in original packaging and original condition. We will issue a refund for the cost of the item. Please understand that shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
