• Do you offer gift messages or gift wrapping?
  We treat each order as a gift – for you or somebody else – and package it like a gift. If you would like to include a special gift message, you can do this at checkout.
  
  
• What payment methods are available?
  You can pay for your order using your American Express, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal At the present time, we are unable to accept payment using a credit card with a billing address outside of the United States or issued from a bank outside of the United States. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (the address your credit card provider has on file for the card you use) when completing your order. Incorrect information will delay your order.
  
  
• Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
  We use the latest Internet security technology to protect your credit card information (the Secure Socket Layer system). This system is compatible with both the Netscape and Internet Explorer web browsers and ensures that your credit card number is protected and cannot be viewed by outside parties.
  
  
• How much does shipping cost?
  Shipping charges vary depending on the shipping method you select. To estimate shipping charges go to the shopping cart and provide your ZIP code. Standard Shipping via USPS Priority Mail starts at $6.95 depending on your location.
  
  
• How fast will my order arrive?
  With Standard Delivery your order is estimated to arrive within 5 to 6 business days. To receive your delivery faster, choose Express Delivery with FedEx or USPS. With Express Delivery, your shipment should arrive within 2 to 3 business days. If you need it the next business day, please order before 2 PM Eastern Time and select FedEx Priority Overnight. Remember, FedEx does not operate on weekends, so orders Friday after 2 PM and on Saturday and Sunday will not arrive until Tuesday.
  
  
• Will I be charged sales tax?
  Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect and submit sales tax in states in which we have a physical presence.
  
  
• How do I use my special promotional code?
  If you receive a special promotional offer from us via e-mail, simply enter the promotional code in the space provided for Promo Code/Gift Certificate # on step 2 of our check out. The promotional offer/discounts will be reflected at the final step of check out.
  
  
• If I am purchasing a gift for someone else, will they know how much I paid?
  No. We email all invoices. All shipments include a packing slip without a price.
  
  
• What is the right length for a chain?
  Chains come in all sizes and a lot is a matter of taste. We offer standard chain sizes of 16”, 18” and 20”. Most of our pendants look best worn just above the collar bone. This means a 16”length for most women. If the pendant is large or you like to wear your pendants lower, you might want to select an 18” or 20” chain. If you are not sure, measure one of your chains or a piece of string.

• How do I return or exchange products?
  Our return policy is simple. You may return any item for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the packing slip or invoice copy and return your item in its original packaging. If you need to exchange an item, please check online availability and alert us know by phone and email; we will gladly hold the new item until the return arrives. For your own protection, it is best to send any returns by FedEx or USPS Priority Mail with signature delivery and insurance.

• Refunds
